Sebainah Janiis is the head of the Council of Jirinaar. She resides in the left wing of the council building. Her nephew is Briid.
Akiir's murder
When she heard about the arrival of Tom and Rainer, she send for them, after their wounds are cured. She offered to help them with transportation to other continents and proposed them to visit a festival of her great-great-grandson's coming out of age after two days. However, when the ceremony was interrupted by the murder of Akiir, the party was forced by the laws to solve the crime, so Janiis sent for Drirr to help them with the investigation.
