Sebainah Janiis of Nakiridaani is the head of the Council of Jirinaar. She resides in the left wing of the council building. Her nephew is Briid.
Akiir's murder[]
When she heard about the arrival of Tom and Rainer to Albion she was interested in knowing more about their "magic" and sent for them, after their wounds are cured. She offered to help them with transportation to other continents and proposed them to stay for 2 days to observe the ceremony of her great-great-grandson's coming of age, promising to help them return to their ship the next day.
However, the ceremony was interrupted by the murder of Akiir, the party was forced by the laws to solve the crime, so Janiis sent for Drirr to help them with the investigation.
