Herras-Qennikos is the president of the Council of Beloveno. He is a wise and talkative man.
Conspiracy in the Council[]
When things start to escalate, Tom has an option to tell Herras about his planned murder. If so, he will thank Tom next time and give him the key to his treasure chamber. Otherwise, he will be replaced by Zerruma.

- Qennikos may be derived from Proto-Celtic root qennîko[1] (the head one) and as such might be attached to any president of the council as a title.
