Ohl is a jewel collector found in Umajo-Kenta. He used to be in the Diamond Polishers' guild.
He can be encountered at the Miners' guild house every day at 12 o'clock, near the ore mine. If the party is sent by Konny, he agrees to show them the entrance to the secret underground pass connecting parts of the desert, but he requires a 
jewel in order to help.
